South Orange Parks

Our next meeting is Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Please register below. What are your favorite and most unique memories of South Orange parks? Do you know which one used to be a cemetery? Is across from a car wash? Used to be a golf course?

We’ll meet at our usual place and time. 6:30 for food and socializing. 7:00 presentation begins in-person and via Zoom in the large meeting room in the church at 160 W. South Orange Avenue. Enter from Church Street, one block down from Ridgewood Road. Parking in the NJ Transit lot is free after 6 p.m. There may also be spots on the east side of Church Street or behind the church. Do not use the gravel lot which is private.
